San Diego County Fair Returns with "Home Grown Fun" in 2021

After a year hiatus due to the pandemic, the San Diego County Fair will resume in 2021 with a modified operation plan and a theme that celebrates the county's food, agriculture, arts, talent, and business innovation.

The Fair will be smaller in scale and attendance will be limited, but promises to provide "fair favorites–including shopping, food concessionaires, a Ferris wheel and carousel, agricultural-themed exhibits, demonstrations, contests and “edu-tainment” designed to educate and delight families looking to get outside for some real-life, in-person and down-home fun."

Pandemic protocols will be in place, including mask requirements and 6-foot social distancing. Tickets and parking must also be purchased online, in advance of attending and guests will need to decide if they want to attend "early" from 11am - 3pm or "late" from 4 - 8pm.
