The pandemic has been tough in a lot of ways and I have talked to a lot of people who are a little bit anxious about heading back to "normal," pre-Covid life! I talked with San Diego Psychologist Dr. Cynthia Burke and she answers some of these questions, gives us some insight as to why we are feeling this way, and then gives us some advice on how to deal with it!
